ORDERS

By placing an order with Hildebrandt Studio you acknowledge and approve of these Terms and Conditions. A full payment for the items you order must be made before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will email you a notification that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and us.

PAYMENT

We process payments by credit card with 'Stripe' online and with 'Square' over the phone. Should you prefer to speak with us directly in order to process your payment, call us at 1-323-401-5880. We do not store credit card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.

SALES TAX

California residents will be charged 9% Retail Sales Tax. Sales tax will be exempted for non-California residents.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

All orders placed with Hildebrandt Studio are processed and shipped from California. Hildebrandt Studio offers Local Pick Up and Free Local Delivery for most items. For ceramics and larger items please arrange for shipping or contact us if you need assistance with shipping. We ship to domestic and international addresses and only ship with professional moving and packing companies.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders including up to three (3) items that are eligible for 'Free Shipping' will be shipped free via USPS Standard Ground Shipping to addresses within the Contiguous United States.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
